While the summit activities, including conference sessions, meals, and specific events, are exclusively for PA Mom attendees, we welcome your partners, spouses, and children to enjoy the wonderful hotel amenities. The hotel offers advanced reservation babysitting services, an incredible waterpark, a game room, golf courses, and much more. We encourage you to make this summit an exciting mini-vacation for your loved ones as well!

The summit attire is business casual for the conference sessions. For the PA Mom Prom, feel free to dress up as much or as little as you like—think fun and festive! Comfortable shoes are recommended, as you'll be moving between sessions and possibly exploring the resort.

Yes! The PA Moms Women's Medical Summit is a fantastic opportunity to earn over 30 Category 1 Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits across various medical topics, including general medicine, aesthetics, women's health, leadership, wellness, stress management, and burnout prevention.

We understand that plans can change! The deadline for refund requests is January 15, 2025. Registration refunds will be made for cancellations received on or before December 31, 2024, via email to [email protected]; however, a $50 administrative fee will be retained. No-shows and registrations canceled after January 15, 2025, will not be refunded. Special circumstances may be taken into consideration. 

For your convenience, we recommend flying into San Antonio International Airport, which is closest to our summit venue. However, you also have the option to fly into Austin and enjoy a scenic drive to San Antonio. We suggest that attendees arrive on Thursday, as the conference will kick off at 8 AM on Friday morning. Plus, we're excited to offer a series of engaging workshops on Thursday evening, including a not-to-be-missed Neurotoxin workshop, among others. Stay tuned for more details on these pre-conference opportunities to learn and connect!
